The Ayurvedic Sea Salt contains over 74 trace minerals, including all of those currently known to be essential for general health and vitality. This unique exfoliating full body scrub is followed by a warm towel massage which gently refines and renews the skin. A soothing application of a warm body cream restores the body's natural balance.

A gentle blend of warm sugar and a moisturizing essential oil is used to exfoliate the body. This is followed by a warm towel massage and an application of a luxurious body cream using a variety of techniques to restore balance.

Lemon, orange and lime essential oils are used to moisturize along with apricot seeds to exfoliate. When massaged into the skin it not only exfoliates, but hydrates the skin as the active moisturizer base is absorbed. The remaining apricot seed granules are gently brushed away leaving the skin renewed, soft, silky and hydrated.

The fine, natural white and brown sugar exfoliates, while blends of tropical essential oils hydrate and nourish the skin.

With guidance from our experienced therapists you will chose from a variety of essential oils to infuse the full body mask. This treatment starts with a full body brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system. A warm soothing mask is applied to purify, calm, regenerate and remove impurities in the skin. This relaxing wrap has sea kelp for metabolic stimulation and nutrient rich Klamath Blue-Green Algae to hydrate and detoxify. After a full body hot towel treatment, willow bark extract, aloe vera oil and lavender leave the skin moisturized, draining away toxins and impurities.

Full payment is required upon making your spa reservation. We encourage our guests to make their spa arrangements when room reservations are made to ensure that preferred appointment times are available. For Day Spa only guests, please schedule spa services a week or more in advance to ensure your preferred appointment times. Please call (812) 933-1000 for information and reservations.

For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will be added to all spa services and packages. Prices are subject to change, and are effective as of April 2008.

Your Spa treatment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us twenty-four hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

We recommend enjoying the Spa Facilities prior to your service. Please arrive at the Spa at least 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment. During this time, you may relax in our Steam Shower, Jacuzzi, Pool, Sauna, or Sanctuary. Prior to any service, please inform us of pregnancy, any medical conditions, allergies or medications you may be taking.

The Spa will provide a robe and slippers for your use. It is recommended that you completely disrobe for your spa service however if you feel more comfortable in your undergarments please dress for your comfort. Therapists are trained in proper draping techniques so you will always feel comfortable. Bring your swim suit to enjoy the Jacuzzi and Pool.

To enhance your journey at Stonebridge and for the relaxation of all guests, we ask that everyone speak softly and refrain from using cellular phones in all areas of the Spa. Stonebridge Spa is a very special and tranquil place. We invite you to lose yourself in its indulgences.

You'll want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat, such as the Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Sauna, Steam Shower and Hot Tub. The Pregnancy Massage is specially designed to safely relax mothers-to-be.
