Indianapolis O’Reilly Raceway Park is approximately an hour and a half from Stonebridge and contains a.0.25 mile drag strip, a 0.686 mile paved oval, and a 2.5 mile road course that has 15-turns. O’Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis is the home of the MAC Tools U. S. Nationals, the most prestigious drag race in the world. The event is held annually during Labor Day weekend. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway hosts three major world class races each year - the Indianapolis 500, the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard, and the Red Bull Indianapolis GP. Visit the Speedway’s website for information on race days.

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum, is located on the grounds, is recognized as one of the most highly visible museums in the world devoted to automobiles and auto racing, and has an estimated 250,000 visitors each year. It is open 364 days a year (closed Christmas Day) from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, $1 for ages 6-15, and children under age 6 are admitted free. Indiana Downs offers a brand new, state-of-the-art facility that includes three levels of racing, dining, and entertainment options. Free Admission and Parking; with Pony Rides for the kids on weekends. Very clean and picturesque. Beautiful paddock, very up close to the horses and jockeys. Decent prices and a family friendly atmosphere (you can sneak coolers in for a picnic). Right next to an amusement park and outdoor concert arena. Great view from free grandstand seats looking over Ohio River.
