Health & Nutrition
Kathy Cooley is a registered dietitian with a passionate interest in growing, cooking and eating wholesome, simple foods. She works part time at the Hansen Center – a cancer treatment center in Batesville and part time at her u-pick naturally raised blueberry farm near Batesville. She is the president of the Food Growers Association of Laughery Valley and Environs. She has spent most of her dietetics career being a catalyst to help individuals and families adopt healthier lifestyles. Kathy is a popular speaker in the area and can work well with people at all different stages of eating! A visit with Kathy will be fun, educational and motivational and will be customized just for you at your level.

Assessment & Goal Setting Session ~ 120 Minutes
For this session you will fill out a food frequency form for you and each member of your family who would like to change eating habits prior to your visit. You will sit down with Kathy and she will discuss your current habits, offer suggestions for improving and help set mutually agreed upon goals! This session will also include tips on how to make change happen! $175 per person

Grocery Store Tour ~ 120 Minutes
Are you confused by all of the choices at the supermarket? Kathy will walk through our local grocery store with you and answer all your questions. She will inspire you to look at food differently than you ever have before. $200 per person, group price available

Menu Planning ~ 180 Minutes
After completion of assessment and goal setting session, you will work with Kathy to design 2 weeks of seasonal menus filled with the most wonderful, wholesome, and simple to prepare meals that your whole family will enjoy. You will also receive a cookbook to meet your tastes and cooking interests. $315 per person

This great facility offers plenty of opportunities to exercise, which include basketball courts, racket ball court, weight training equipment, swimming pool, outdoor and indoor tracks, and much more. Passes for guests are obtainable through the concierge services upon request.

Batesville Historic Walking Tour

Stonebridge concierge services will provide a self-guided walking tour brochure with directions for the tour. Tour begins at the Public Library, just a few short blocks from the Inn.

Liberty Park

Liberty Park is the focal point of the park system and a highlight of our community. The pavilion features a large covered area with a fireplace, kitchen and rest rooms. This is the "happening" place in Batesville during the months of March - October. There is a baseball complex (know all over Southeastern Indiana), tennis court, horseshoe pits, volleyball court and a large playground.

This park offers a gazebo and six shelters that can be used on a first come - first serve basis, or to be on the safe side, can be reserved. For more information, contact Beth at 933-6100

Metamora Canal Boat Ride
Come to Metamora and take a half hour excursion on the Ben Franklin III. Open May through October for rides. Wednesday - Sunday, at noon, 1, 2, 3 and 4 p.m. Dependent on canal conditions. Versailles Sate Park with 5,900 acres is a great place to hike, go boating, swimming, or horseback riding. Camping and fishing are favorite activities, as well as spending an October weekend at the annual VSP Bluegrass Festival.
